Sharing & third parties
We don't sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting and email delivery), each bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Using the site
VintageClothing.com.au is a directory and discovery platform for genuine vintage clothing, vintage-inspired clothing, and pre-loved clothing across Australia. You may browse, search and filter listings, read our guides, and contact listed businesses free of charge.
Business & event listings
If you list a business, product or event on the site, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including classification (Genuine Vintage, Retro/Vintage Inspired, or Pre-Loved), condition grading, measurements and pricing. We reserve the right to review, edit, decline or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms.
Classification & accuracy
We ask sellers to classify items honestly using our three-tier system and our condition grading scale, and we may request supporting evidence for an item's estimated age. However, classification is ultimately based on information provided by the seller — we don't independently authenticate every item, and buyers should use the "Report this listing" feature if something appears misclassified.
Not a payment processor
VintageClothing.com.au does not currently process payments, arrange postage, or handle buyer-seller disputes. Our "Enquire to Buy" feature lets you contact a seller directly through our site, but the resulting sale — including payment, postage and any returns — is arranged and completed directly between you and that seller, under their own terms and returns policy. We are not a party to that transaction.
Prohibited conduct
When using the site, you agree not to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe items
- Knowingly misclassify or misrepresent an item's age or condition
- Scrape, copy or republish site content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
The VintageClothing.com.au name, logo, design and original written content (including our guides) are our property or used under licence. Business and product content submitted by sellers remains their property, but by listing it you grant us a licence to display it on the site.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including reliance on listing information, classification, or condition grading provided by third-party sellers.
Termination
We may suspend or remove any listing, account or access to the site at our discretion, including where these terms have been breached, without prior notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
