Shipping, Refund and Returns


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard delivery by Australia Post or Courier. Delivery takes 5-7 business days, in normal circumstances..

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Change of mind;
  • Item has been worn before applying for a return, refund or exchange;
  • Sale or Clearance Items; 
  • Good does not fit. Our products are genuinely from early era’s where sizes tend to be smaller and the lengths shorter. 
  • Good/s that arrive with damage, rips, irregularities, repairs that have been listed on the product and/or product photos that demonstrate the issue already existed before purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If we agree to an exchange, you must return the original product to us, at your expense. It must also arrive back to us in the exact same condition it was in, when we mailed it to you. Your exchange product will only be sent to you, once your return package has been received by us. Exchanges must be for a similarly priced item, as we do not give cash back on an exchange. We will also not exchange for a higher priced item unless you pay the difference between it and your original purchase. Product exchanges are on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to not approve a refund or exchange.


Returns can be made by mail. To return a product by mail, follow the following procedure:
If your return, refund or exchange is approved, you must safely and securely pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay for the necessary postage.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
