Description
Preppy vintage 50s to 60s 3-piece suit by Jack Feit, New York and sold by Lewin’s, Wichita, Tulsa.
There are 2 labels on the jacket.
Made from a red check on cream background linen-look fabric and all pieces fully lined in cream silky fabric. Not sure of fabric composition as no labels which is normal on vintage items.
The fitted jacket is short sleeved with a revere collar and closes at the front with 4 large soft red plastic buttons and bound buttonholes. Closes at the front with a double row of little black buttons. Has a small collar and short sleeves. Fully lined.
The A-line skirt has 2 pleats on either side of at the front. The back is flat. Has waistband and closes at the side with a metal zip. Fully lined.
The sleeveless, fitted shell-top closes at the back with a full-length metal zip.

Please check measurements as the waist measurements were very small and the girls shorter in the 1950s. Measurements are measured flat on dress so please remember to allow room to move. It is always a good idea to check measurements against a dress that you know fits
