Stunning 50s red slub silk cocktail dress in ‘New Look’ styling. The fabric has a beautiful sheen and catches the light giving it a very rich look. A 1950s dress by Pam Rogers.
So rare to find such a beautiful example of a 1950s evening dress in unworn condition with original swing tags still attached. The fitted bodice is shaped with 8 panels for great structure. Has a wide v-neck shape and slightly extended shoulders. The divine skirt is constructed with 8 gored panels giving a beautiful shape.
Has a wide band that wraps around just under waist and dips at the back where it is finished off with a large bow.There is a red tulle petticoat attached.
This genuine 1950s dress by Pam Rogers is a rare find.
