Description
Genuine 1950s cotton dress with classic 50s styling. It is a lovely light-weight cotton with slight sheen in a dusty lilac colour. No label attached but obviously shop bought.
The fitted sleeveless bodice is gathered under the bust at the front with cross-over top. Finished with a band and bow. It sits flat around torso. The armholes are finished with same fabric binding.
The gorgeous almost-circular skirt sits flat at the waist and has two large sewn-on pockets with wide turn back tops at hip. The dress is not lined.
Has original belt and closes at the side with a metal zip.
