Description
Very striking black and white sleeveless genuine vintage 1970s embroidered dress.
The fabric is a lightweight synthetic which is very slightly sheer.
The bodice is gorgeous with white heavily embroidered panels on both sides of front. Slightly blouson in style. The stand-up collar closes with loops over double buttons. Has hidden press studs down the front with fabric flap on inside along centre front so skin doesn’t show when on. The waist is elasticized and there is a long fabric tie belt. The skirt is permanently pleated.
Condition Excellent. The skirt has been shortened at some time.

Please check measurements as the waist measurements were very small and the girls shorter in the 1950s. Measurements are measured flat on dress so please remember to allow room to move. It is always a good idea to check measurements against a dress that you know fits
