1960s-70s Pastella long black velvet skirt.
Glamorous, long black skirt in quality, cotton velvet. The ink-black velvet is lustrous and soft. A-line style with a deep split (48cm/19 inch) at bottom centre front.
It has a plaited black crepe fabric belt that ties at the front. It is fully lined in black acetate satin and closes at the back with a metal zip.
