Description
Would make a delightful spring wedding dress. Appears to be carefully home made in gorgeous broderie anglaise cotton lace. The colour is white but not snow white.
The fitted, sleeveless, drop-waist bodice closes with 13 self-covered little buttons down front. It has a stiffened, stand-up frill in same fabric around v-shaped neckline. The armholes are the same as hem which have been cut from the design of the fabric.
The pretty full skirt is gathered at drop-waist. Dress is not lined.

Please check measurements as the waist measurements were very small and the girls shorter in the 1950s. Measurements are measured flat on dress so please remember to allow room to move. It is always a good idea to check measurements against a dress that you know fits
