Description
Vintage 1950s all cotton pink summer dress by Betty Barclay of America.
Very feminine cotton sun dress in pretty, pale pink cotton. The fitted bodice has flattering extended sleeves and a pin-tucked trim around sweetheart-shaped neckline. Finished with topstitching and 8 small pink buttons down the centre front.
The full skirt is comprised of 4 gored panels. There are small pleats at either side of hips front and back. Not lined and closes at the side with a long metal zip.
The original belt is missing so have added a modern white belt which I will include in price.
It is slightly different to one in photo.
Condition Excellent vintage. I let the dress down to its original size but it has left a faint crease line where it had been taken up above hem.
